People don’t seem write “thank you” notes much anymore. (Mostly, I think people prefer complaining these days.) When I’m on the receiving end of good service – whether it’s a waitress or the man who came to fix my oven – I take a few minutes and write a note to their supervisor, expressing my appreciation for a job well done. It’s so easy to do and I hope it makes a few people feel good.
